Directions :

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.  
    In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

    Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.  
    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter and spread into a circle.  
    Cook until edges are golden, then flip and cook the other side.  
    Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with whipped cream.
